Interior Decorating

Dear President,Construction,Legals,and Decorators;Hello,It has been a few weeks since I last sent an e-mail of work to do.For some that was a relief,for others what is new,is always on the minds of those in the interior decorating and building business.For this week I have two projects to forward one is a Resteraunt makeover and the other is a show home or lottery home.I will begin with the resteraunt,taken from a plan book idea Jenish 33rd edition Plan #14-0-258 taken from the back of the book in the garage section and guest houses.Exterior changes.Have centre door as full windows done with black or ivory grid work bars.Round the corner mouldings with cement.Large crown moulding roofline done in scalloped ocean view idea or plain city centre.The left side have all the same windows with both,have a 3ft.brickwork with cap ledge ,extend this window for a deeper window ledge by 3-5 ft. with benches and table in interior area.Have full windows square on both sides to 2 ft. from end wall the same for front.Have right side with double glass doors in grid work to match windows.Light fixtures as pot lights in front.Hang sign of resteraunt name in signature writing in front of centre window.Layout for interior-Have desk for lobby on right wall in square post,panelled front drop counter for till,seating colour of wood to be woodplank Karndean RP73 Kenyan Tigerwood.Formica counter top in Canyon Passage 1842 -45.Have 4 posts to ceiling done in Canyon Passage with wood baseboard and crown moulding in new fawn for exterior trim,Spiced rum for interior.Hardwood floor done in wood sections double plank around the roomwith tile in diamond shape or square with the same colour grout.Have back section left for kitchen with the walk in fridge in corner ,stainless counter on left with bowls upper portion,pots and pans lower section etc.Hanging on wall grid rack .Back wall area for sinks and dishwasher ,take out the window,shelving above for storage of trays ,food items.Pantry open shelf where window area is with supplies of food.
